Manzione's Family Enterprise operates an internal operations portal for our team and partners. This page describes the security and privacy controls we have in place. We update it as our practices evolve.

Access requires a verified account. We support email/password and Google single sign-on.
Application areas are gated by role-based access control. Administrative actions are restricted to users with the admin role.
Customer data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security policies that enforce per-user and per-role access at the database layer.
Privileged operations are performed server-side after verifying the caller's identity and role.
All traffic is served over HTTPS. Application secrets and API keys are stored in the platform's secret manager and never shipped to client code.
Database backups and storage are encrypted at rest by our infrastructure provider.
We only collect the data needed to operate the application: account identifiers, business records you enter, and basic audit metadata.
We do not sell personal data. Data is used solely to operate the service for Manzione's Family Enterprise and authorized partners.
